Taipei Tech Summit

Last year I had the opportunity to help bring a major international technology summit to life in Taipei.

Hosted at the Sheraton Grand Taipei, the week-long event brought together 500 attendees from around the world to connect, collaborate, and explore the future of high-speed wireless technology. Demand was so strong that the event ultimately expanded its capacity to accommodate additional participants.

My role focused on the logistical backbone of the summit, from venue coordination and AV planning to catering, travel logistics, and day-of event management. Large international meetings require hundreds of small details to work together seamlessly, and it was incredibly rewarding to help shape an experience that felt smooth for both attendees and organizers.

The program included a welcome reception, gala dinner, and an offsite excursion to the National Palace Museum, giving guests an opportunity to experience Taipei beyond the conference room.

Seeing the summit featured on local news coverage was a proud moment and a reminder of how powerful well-executed events can be in bringing global communities together.

International meetings require careful planning, cultural awareness, and a strong logistical foundation, they’re some of my favourite events to produce!
