Two Cities, One Seamless Workshop

Some events are about scale. Others are about precision.

For this project, I planned two technology workshops back-to-back in New York and London, bringing together global attendees to collaborate, learn, and connect.

Across both cities, I coordinated the full event experience, from venue sourcing and logistics to catering and day-of coordination, ensuring the program ran smoothly despite the tight turnaround between locations.

Of course, great events aren’t just about what happens in the meeting room. To give attendees a chance to experience each city, I also planned offsite evening receptions, creating space for informal conversations and connection after a full day of workshops.

Instead of using a traditional conference venue, I proposed something a little different: hosting the workshops in carefully selected co-working spaces. The result was a more relaxed, collaborative environment that suited the format of the sessions and significantly reduced venue costs for the client.
